Conferences EF-TRANS project for cooperation with industry "Getting to the methodology ..." will be held at the University of Pardubice

On Thursday 17 February, held at University Hall, University of Pardubice conference of effective transfer of knowledge and expertise from research and development into practice, and their subsequent recovery (EF-TRANS) „Getting Started with the methodologies …“.

At a conference in Pardubice arrives about one hundred and twenty scholars and researchers, universities and research institutions, workers' centers for technology transfer, but students, especially doctoral programs, and representatives of the application sphere of the Czech Republic.

** The main objective of the EF-TRANS is to improve cooperation between scientific research institutions and universities with industry **; facilitating the commercialization of research and development (R & D) and their introduction into practice and daily life. The project also wants to push for better utilization and protection of intellectual property laws. The challenge is also the students and staff of universities and research institutions to encourage and give them instructions on how to proceed in this process. The project is divided into several key activities that build on each other and complement each other.

  • "The most important outputs of the EF-TRANS project should include the methodologies that have in the future serve as a basis for the successful implementation of knowledge transfer from universities (Universities) and scientific research institutions (PRIs) in practice. It is well-grounded and efficient cooperation between research centers and application sector is the engine driving the economy in the world's developed economies, "* says Ing. Vejchodová Monica, a member of the EF network-tranche Pardubice, or Head of Development and International Cooperation of the University.

The conference is divided into three specialist units, which will be introduced to various methodologies and the issues they will be training and discussion.

The conference, with participation of 120 experts from the Czech Republic, and takes place on Thursday 17 February from 10:00 to 17:00 in the lecture hall A1 university, will also inaugurate a vice-rector for the internal affairs doc. Ing. George Cakl, PhD., Deputy Rector of the University of Pardubice. Then recite his introductory remarks Director of the Ministry of Education Reform Project Mgr. John Škeříková a major scientific project guarantee EF TRANS-Ing. Paul Komarek, PhD.

Prior to the conference itself on the eve of the conference on Wednesday 16 February meeting of the Network EF-TRANS. EF-TRANS project is one of the individual projects of national (IPN), which is implemented by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports under the Operational Programme Education for Competitiveness (ECOP).
