This year's matriculation of new graduates in the faculties of the University of Pardubice ends

On Friday 26 November, held last year's matricu­lation at the University of Pardubice. Ceremonial academic ceremony in which new college students comprise academic promise, becoming members of the academic community and who are entered in the register of students of the University of Pardubice, new students attend the Faculty of Chemical Technology.

By 1 ** one of the nine-year bachelor's degree programs with 11 fields of study the Faculty of Chemical Technology with a total of 766 students enrolled in full-time .** studied 644 students in the combined study of 122 students.

Most students began studies in Clinical Chemistry and Biology (158) and in the new field of Medical Laboratory Technician (138), both fields are in a degree program of Special Chemical and Biological Programmes. Over one hundred students also study program Ecology and Environmental Protection (113) and Printing (107), fewer than one hundred (92) then the program Chemistry and Technical Chemistry. Over fifty students (64) studied Chemical and Process Engineering, fewer than fifty students (48) chose study Farmacochemistry and medical materials and Chemistry and Food Technology (31).

Ceremonial academic promise will consist of first-year students of the Faculty of Chemical Technology, University of Pardubice Ernest Auditorium on Friday 26 November (at 9:00, 11:30 and 14:00 hours) in the hands of Dean prof. Ing. Peter Lošťák, MD.

** Total student at the Faculty of Chemical Technology in the academic year 2010/2011 ** in bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs university ** 2155 **.

Faculty of Chemical Technology ** with a sixty-year tradition of teaching chemistry in Pardubice ** is ** the number of students in third largest of the seven faculties ** – the Faculty of Economics and Administration (with the 2681 student) and Jan Perner Transport Faculty (with 2181 students). The number of students is not comparable with the Faculty of Philosophy, which has 2,140 students.

Studying in the 1st years of undergraduate study programs in all seven faculties of the University of Pardubice started this year 3840 students. University of Pardubice stabilize their offer to study areas of about 130 bachelor's, master's and doctoral degree programs, which in this academic year in all years of study less than 11 000 undergra­duates (10 900).
